Expertise and Reach

We understand the diverse socio-economic barriers children across London face, and this shapes our grant-making strategy. That’s why we support a broad range of organisations tackling child poverty at its roots, through a variety of proven interventions.

Maximised Impact

By bringing together funding from philanthropists, charitable trusts, and a strong network of corporate partners, we are addressing child poverty at scale. 

Through our matched funding model, every £1 you donate unlocks an additional £3 for the direct delivery of services – quadrupling the impact of your support and ensuring vital resources reach the children and families who need them most. 

Stewardship & Ongoing Engagement

As a funder of The Childhood Trust, you will receive: 

  • An annual impact report, along with regular updates from our Head of Philanthropy. 
  • Invitations to key events throughout the year, such as our Child Poverty Summit or charity partner events.  
  • Opportunities to visit funded charity partners (dependent on funding level). 

Chairman’s Circle

For our philanthropic supporters, our Chairman’s Circle brings together people who share our commitment to helping children in poverty, and are willing to use their ideas, experience and influence to help turn that support into lasting change.
