Benefits of working for us
We know keeping our staff happy and motivated makes us a more effective organisation and makes The Childhood Trust a better place to work. Here are some of the things we have in place to make The Childhood Trust the best place to work.
Flexible working
We believe flexible working allows our staff to manage their work-life balance, ensuring our organisation is motivated to work.
Annual leave
Annual leave is 25 days per year upon joining The Childhood Trust, plus UK bank holidays. Once an employee has completed two full years of employment, holiday entitlement will increase one day per year, up to a maximum of five extra days. Employees also have the days off between Christmas and New Year when the office is closed.
Health and wellbeing
Health and wellbeing is a priority at The Childhood Trust. We promote health and wellbeing through a flexible working culture, hybrid working, our wellbeing group, annual appraisals and regular 1:1’s.
Pay
Salaries are reviewed annually. We pride ourselves on paying in line with other roles in the industry.
Paid maternity/paternity/adoption leave
We have enhanced provisions for maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
