If you've been keeping an eye on our updates, you might have noticed that we've been growing rapidly this year. We’re excited to announce another key role we’re hiring for: Head of Communications and Marketing. This is an incredible opportunity to play a leading role in shaping our direction in the coming months and years at The Childhood Trust.

As Head of Communications and Marketing, you'll report directly to the CEO and take charge of enhancing our brand profile. You’ll ensure that our values, mission, and impact are communicated powerfully through innovative storytelling, strategic campaigns, and tailored messaging. You’ll lead the creation of content across all platforms, with the support of a Communications Manager and PR Officer, utilising analytics and audience insights to drive greater engagement and foster deeper connections. Ultimately, helping us to position The Childhood Trust as a leading voice in the fight against child poverty.

If you have experience (or know someone who does) in elevating brand profiles, crafting compelling stories, and driving successful campaigns, we want to hear from you! This role will give you the chance to lead a small, dynamic communications team, collaborate across departments, and make a lasting impact for the children of London.
