As we head into an exciting new chapter with Josephine McCartney, our new CE joining in February, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re expanding our team and hiring for two new key roles to increase our impact across London in 2025.

Volunteer Programme Coordinator

In this role, you will support the effective delivery of our volunteer programme, Transforming Spaces. As someone with rigorous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day administration of our full suite of programmes. Critical to this role is administering robust procedures to ensure the success of each programme and project and delivering high level relationship management, both internally and externally, to a variety of people.

Programmes and Impact Coordinator

This role plays a key role within our programmes team, focusing on the efficient delivery of our grants programme for our London Charity Partner Network, and contributing to impact monitoring and reporting. Additionally, you will support both internal and external communications related to our programmatic activities, ensuring clarity and engagement across all stakeholders.  This role similarly requires someone with rigorous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills with experience working with robust procedures and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
