Gearing Up for The Big Give Christmas Challenge!

This month, we’ve been hard at work preparing for The Big Give Christmas Challenge, and we’re thrilled to finally give you a sneak peek at some of the incredible charity partners we’ll be championing and funding this winter.

Two weeks ago, with the generous support of The Leathersellers, we brought together 37 of our charity partners for a day of collaboration and preparation at our Get Campaign Ready event. As a Champion Funder, our goal this year is to break records once again, aiming to raise over £5.9 million to support 113 charities delivering critical services to children living in poverty across London this winter.

This year, we added a fresh twist to our usual event format. In the morning, we hosted our Synergy partners, followed by an afternoon dedicated to our Grassroots organisations. One of the highlights of the day was an inspiring digital marketing workshop led by the team at Vidzero UK. Our partners gained invaluable insights on how to build a stronger online presence and optimise their campaigns to maximise the impact of this year’s Christmas Challenge.

We’re still keeping some exciting details under wraps, but stay tuned! At the end of the month, we’ll be unveiling more about the campaign and how you can get involved in our Winter Appeal. In the meantime, make sure to mark your calendars for December 3rdthat’s not only when Christmas Challenge 2024 launches, but also when our charity partners will take over our social media channels, showcasing the incredible work they’re doing to support children and families this winter.

And if you just can’t wait, click the link below to check out the charities we’ll be funding this winter, thanks to your support.

We as fundraisers and marketers can often find that it’s quite a ‘lonely’ job and it’s been so nice to discuss and even collaborate with other organisations.
